Problem

A new brand gained shelf space for a niche product that competes with Ideal. After intensive product development, Ideal required strategy and tactical support for displacing the competitor at key Home Center retailers, along with a parallel launch to distributor channels targeting pro contractors.



Solution

FUSION conducted a thorough audit of the product category, end user research, and competitive intelligence. The result–a unique and differentiated branding platform, and a comprehensive launch plan. With this foundation, brand naming, retail packaging and merchandising were created. A distributor support program included the retail elements, along with a counter display, banner, counter mat, print ad and contractor brochure. The connectors have achieved shelf space with Home Depot and others. Mission accomplished.
